Welcome to our VOE Loan Program, designed to assist borrowers who are unable to provide traditional income documentation. VOE stands for "Verification of Employment," and our program relies solely on third-party verification of a borrower's employment and income.

Our VOE loan program offers flexible terms and eligibility requirements for borrowers with FICO scores ranging from 580 to 619, with a maximum LTV of 90%. For borrowers with a FICO score of 620 or higher, our program allows for a maximum LTV of 96.5%. This means, clients will have downpayments of 10% or 3.5%, respectively.

To qualify for our VOE loan program, borrowers must be at the same job for a minimum of two years. Our program requires third-party VOE only, which means that we do not need to review traditional income documentation such as W2s or tax returns. Only 30 days of paystubs are required.
